These terms summarize the MVP rules for using Service2Civilian. Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can review the issue quickly.
Digital AI output
Service2Civilian provides AI-generated drafts and workflow assistance. Generated resume, LinkedIn, interview, and business materials are digital outputs delivered immediately after generation. Review, edit, and verify all content before using it.
Payments and subscriptions
The free plan includes one target-job career draft. Extra job drafts are one-time purchases. Monthly and annual subscriptions include 100 career generations per month. Subscription access can be canceled to stop future renewal.
Refund policy
For one-time extra job purchases, refunds may be requested within 7 days if the purchased generation has not been used, or if a technical issue prevents delivery. Once a generation is used and digital output is delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
Subscription cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed by billing period, not by the percentage of credits used. Canceling halfway through a billing period stops the next renewal but does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current period. Access remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to the plan limits.
Accidental renewals and billing errors
If a subscription renews by mistake, contact support within 7 days of the renewal and before using new-period credits. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and verified billing errors are eligible for review and refund.

Service2Civilian is not affiliated with VA, DoD, SBA, or any government agency. The product does not provide VA claim assistance, legal advice, medical advice, mental health advice, tax advice, employment guarantees, interview guarantees, or business revenue guarantees.
